Order Dispatch & Delivery
All items will be dispatched from our Holmfirth store. Delivery is estimated between 3-7 business days from the dispatch date. Postage cost is £30 per order
Returns & Exchanges
A 14-day return period applies from the dispatch date. To initiate a return, please email holmfirth@peggybridal.co.uk before sending your item back. Returns are only accepted at the Holmfirth store and must be sent via tracked postage or returned in person. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent to any other boutique will not be accepted.
Condition of Items & Return Eligibility
Items may have defects as listed in the product description. Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or if additional damage occurs after purchase.
Packaging & Additional Protection
Items will be shipped in sustainable cardboard packaging. If you require extra protection for your gown, please add a gown bag to your cart before completing your purchase.
