Real Bride Charlotte

Every bride is different, and that’s exactly how we like it. When Charlotte first came to Peggy with her mum, brother and mother-in-law, she admitted she was feeling completely overwhelmed. She wasn’t sure what she wanted or how she was supposed to feel about the whole experience. Finding your wedding dress is a big moment, and sometimes the idea of it can feel just as daunting as it is exciting.

With Jenny by her side, Charlotte was able to relax, try things on and see what felt like her. There was no pressure to have a particular style in mind or to know exactly what she wanted. She could simply enjoy being a bride, try on different dresses and see what made her feel good.

And then she found it. Her dress. During her very first appointment.

That is exactly what we want for every woman who walks through Peggy’s doors. We don’t believe there is one type of Peggy bride. Some know exactly what they want, some want to try everything and some walk in with absolutely no idea where to start. We love them all.

A year later, Charlotte married the love of her life and shared her beautiful wedding photographs with us, along with the loveliest thank you to the Peggy team. Seeing her on her wedding day, looking so happy and confident, was incredibly special.

We might only be one small part of your wedding journey, but being trusted with such an important moment is something we never take for granted. Charlotte’s story is one we’ll always be happy to have been part of.
