Bought my dress yesterday - had an idea of what I wanted - tried a few on, all absolutely beautiful dresses but didn't find 'the one' then Neve suggested I tried another that she felt had elements of all the ones I had tried and liked put together and she was so right! It all happened so quickly (within an hour and half) which I didn't expect but now I have had time to digest it I know that I have 100% made the right choice and I'm so happy ❤️ Great experience. Highly recommend.
I visited Off The Peg for my first ever time wedding dress shopping, with no real idea of what I wanted and no expectation that I was going to come away with a dress. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end and Hayley gently guided me through, listening to my thoughts on each dress I tried and bringing me plenty more options based on what I liked about each one. There wasn't a moment I felt rushed or under any pressure to make a purchase, but I did in fact find the one! Thank you so much to the team for making my experience one to remember! Xx
I went to Off The Peg this weekend and had the best experience. Neve was so kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. I picked some dresses to try on and tried them on for my mum and bridesmaids. Neve made sure that my opinion was heard about the dresses and gave sound advice about the dresses and the fittings. She made me feel so comfortable and confident and was so complementary about the dresses. The selection of dresses in store was fantastic so many beautiful pieces and Neve made the experience enjoyable and relaxing, she is an asset to your team. From one very happy bride to be.
I can't thank Hayley enough for our amazing experience at OTP. From start to finish we were made to feel super comfortable, and relaxed about what can be quite an overwhelming experience! I was absolutely torn between two dresses and Hayley recommended we go have a coffee to clear my head for 10 minutes to help me decide and then come back. Even though I didn't need to to that in the end, it was a really lovely sentiment which really put me at ease. Hayley's depth of knowledge about the dresses along with the absolutely gorgeous dress selection made it a day that I'll remember forever (not to mention the OBSESSION I now have with my wedding dress) Its made me so much more excited to get married and I can't wait for everyone to see my dress of dreams!!
